I've tried several straps, and while all work to some extent, but I found this one the best for me.
The combination of the pressure pad and non-stretch material allowed me to easily clamp down on the forearm muscles and provided the most pain relief during exercises such as lifting weights.

Does what it should
This is a must for me when playing Pickleball. I developed tennis elbow really badly after playing for a few years. I tried some of the sleeves as well, but this brace has been my go to for routine play. Its comfortable and does the job.

I tried this a couple of times and it did nothing for my tennis elbow. I found another product with a gell insert that worked much better than this.
