Been using these for a month now and have noticed a change in my health. Brilliant 👏

I have had few packs of this brand of Tiger Milk mushroom to help with lung function over the winter months, you get 1000mg per capsule, the capsule size is ok and there is no after taste, there is no nasty fillers and I have had no negative side effects, it is supposed to help keep mucus off the chest so I will continue to use it for the winter, it comes well packaged in a resealable foil pack and lasts a month.

Good size capsules makes for easy swallowing. Supposed to be great for skin so here's hoping!

I was very sceptical about this product, but I'd tried everything else. After about a week there was a massive improvement, and to try and see if this was a fluke I stopped using when it ran out. Within a couple of days I was back to constantly having to clear my throat and chest. I will definitely be taking these daily now

I used to buy tiger Milk mushroom capsules from another brand and the mushroom powder is a pale beige colour, these are dark brown which is a concern for me and when I checked the packaging it doesn’t say it’s made from the fruiting body which is the potent part. Also The capsules are totally under filled so you need to take so many to get a decent dose and it feels like such a waste to only put 0.5 of a gram in each capsule. Why do they do that? Penny pinching I guess. I’m really dissapointed, will be returning to my previous brand

Cheaper than Lignosis and just as efficient. Highly recommended

Snake oil. Took for a month, no discernable benefit. Do not recommend.
