I regret not buying these sooner, they work extremely well & develop a rich color over time. Even if the chocolate does not immediately turn, understand that the colors deepen as they sit out!The photo I have is of the strawberries as they were when I started, but by the time I got them to the customer, they were much darker than this! You need so very little, just be mindful.

All the primary colors (red, blue, yellow) are not pigmented. I tried to make the color red in my coconut milk/heavy whipping cream jelly but the red did not show no matter how many drops I put in. Also the blue spilled in the package, the product cannot be returned or refunded

Very easy to use since it is oil based to use with chocolate making.

My only issue is that it seizes my chocolate if I use too much. I don’t have that issue with colour mill

Seized up every single time I tried to use it! Took me a few months to get to using it so I lost out on getting to return it. Absolute waste of money!
