Turn any A battery into a C cell battery. If you need a C cell in a pinch these will do the trick. Of course you won't get the same capacity but if you need a c cell you've got it!

I only had one device that used a "C" cell battery and many devices that used "AA" batteries, this adapter stops me from have a bunch of "C" cell batteries laying around. I forgot to mention that it worked just as good as if I had put in "C" cell batteries but using "AA" batteries.

Does not fit rechargeable battery (amazon basics)

Hi, I bought these so that I could use AA's in a "C" battery toy, which plays a song when you walk by. These didn't work. I wish they had because I really wanted them to. The adapters held the AA batteries fine... I took the adapters off and just stuck the AA's in the space and the toy works. Had to return.

good plastic case like, expensive for plastic dislike H

AA battery does not fit well. Battery is bigger than inside of plastic adapter. Won't close easily. Too hard to use because fit is poor.
