I am satisfied with its performance. Suction power is good especially for carpet. Cleans properly, Easy to use and battery life is good. Overall I am happy with the purchase. I highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable and high performing cleaning robot.

Product is ok functionally, but quality seems mediocre.In less than 15 days of usage, the main brush got torned. Raised complaint, but been almost 10days with no technician visit (I live in a major city)However, on message they said, consider it out of warranty, buy replacement from Amazon.Now imagine, brush lasting just 10-15 days. And you have to buy it regularly (costs upward of 1,000). What kind of quality they are providing.Service & ethics is definitely questionable.

I bought it after a lot of research on YouTube and ran ChatGPT research through and comparisons. So for the price what X40 was offering was commendable. It’s priced on the higher side but not as expensive as the other ones that are priced above a lakh.It’s just been a week I bought it. The setup was much easier than what I assumed.I saw a lot of comments here about the product not returning to the dock again. This is definitely an error that happens but it’s not something you need to worry about.Of course the first time it happened with me, I was devastated, but then I realised that the error only happens if we haven’t mapped the robot properly in our house. So I mapped it and it works perfectly fine.So I read these comments here, about the product and thought I would provide with an unbiased opinion through my experience so far.Excels in cleaning, marks on the map the dirtiest spots in the house. Customisable suction power as per your need.Care free operation.You can set it up to capture pictures of the “obstacles”You can also schedule it to do the cleaning at a customisable, time and frequency, daily, monthly-Friday, weekends, etc.Whenever your robot isn’t able to find its way back to the dock simply delete the map and start mapping your house again.I will surely come back and edit this if I were to change my perspective about this product if at all anything goes wrong with it or if I discover something that wasn’t very obvious to me as a user.I hope this is helps! Cleans very well. Mobile App is very good. Obstacle detection and avoidance is very good. Vacuums and mops the floor very clean and spotlessly. Doesnt bump into anything. Lot of options in the App to control the cleaning. Goes back to dock to clean the mop after every Room, so no dirt gets dragged along the house like with other Robot mops. Auto Empty Cleans the local dustbin cleanly. Clean water Tank is good enough for 3 Days. The Mop Extend funciton is neat and reaches the wall edges and keeps it clean. Normal clean setting takes slightly more than an hour to clean about 600sqft. There is also an automatic second cleaning based on the glime it auto detects.Ensure to clean the vacuum and washboard every week to prevent stains on the white colour. The Mops lasted about 3 months on granite flooring.Overall a very good product with a problem below,Accessories are almost not available locally and the Support are clueless what to do regarding that. The floor cleaning solution got empty in a month and I am running it with plain water since the support cannot arrange it locally. Beware of this when you plan to buy this product.

The Dreame X40 Ultra robot vacuum might be a good product, but what’s the point when the base station stops working after just one week, and the company’s service is an absolute disaster?This vacuum is with my parents in Bhubaneswar, and dealing with customer support has been nothing short of infuriating. After countless calls, they created a service ticket but failed to even share the ticket number until the third call. Updates? Non-existent. Timelines? None. Accountability? Forget about it.When someone finally called, they promised a technician would visit "tomorrow." That “tomorrow” has stretched into over a week. Now, I’m being told the technician might come on Monday. When pressed for a time, the response was a dismissive, "He will call when he comes." This is unacceptable.My parents have been left to struggle because of Dreame’s complete lack of professionalism and basic customer service. No one is taking ownership, and no one cares about resolving the issue.If this is how Dreame treats its customers, they should be ashamed. I strongly advise against purchasing this product, especially if you’re in Bhubaneswar or any area where after-sales service is as non-existent as their accountability. Don’t waste your money or patience.
