It's a good product. Genuine one, as per the description. Didn't recieve the reusable eye cover though but product works great. Temperature is just perfect plus the eye mask cushioning and fit is comfortable and quite relaxing. One can buy this product.

Good product

Worst usb heated eye mask I have ever purchased. The item is different from the photo of the product shown. Very small mask doesn't covers the eyes properly, not worth more than ~INR 300 1. This is very expensive 2. Not washable 3. Very bad material pushes the eye balls to cause pain. 4. I have stopped using after 1 or 2 times use. Please don't purchase it as it will be your money loss and will cause you pain as well.

A little annoying to sit through 15 min and do nothing but it is totally worth it. My dry eyes issue is completely solved. Did not even need to use eye lubricant after I got this. Should be prescribed by doctors in my opinion. Recommend: lowest heat setting, lowest time setting 15 min, every other day (or honestly just when you notice the meibomian glands being clogged (if you are knowledgeable and perceptive enough to notice that kind of thing)).

It's a good product but the washable eye mask cover is missing as stated in the product pages...plz send if possible ...

Product is very good. Temperature is perfect. Best for dry eyes. Eye drops usage is reduced. But washable cover not received along with product as shown in items image and description. Otherwise product is good.
