Yes, exactly the same, I did buy my first one from Amazon but learnt my lesson on price Amazon £10.95 went to Aldi and £3.99.

the candle was smashed to pieces on arrival; How can I arrange a replacement?

Oh no that’s not very good! When mine arrive it was fine, I would advise you to either contact Amazon and they can sort it out for you, they are very helpful with this sort of thing or you can contact the seller Directly and I’m sure they send you out a replacement if you want another one or get a refund. I would recommend putting pictures to the email or message you send just so that they can see and also tell them how it was package when it was arrive for example: in box, just in a bag or if is wasn’t or was in bubble wrap but I always find are pictures helpful for them to see. I’m not the seller, I am just a fellow customer so you should contact them I hope this helps hope you get it sorted
