RED STAND!
Great monitor. Pictures for the product are way off. Monitor comes with red stand. Doesn't go well with my all white setup. Was really disappointed with the stand not being black as shown in the pictures.

I was super nervous about buying a refurbished monitor
To begin, I was super nervous about buying a refurbished monitor, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that there were no dead pixels and it looked brand-spanking new upon arrival. The box it came in was a bit beat up, but the monitor itself was pristine. Not a smudge on it.The monitor itself is very aesthetically pleasing. I know curved screens are kinda gimmicky but man, I just really like the way they look. While I suppose it does kinda increase the immersion a little bit, honestly, the main reason I wanted a curved screen it is just because I think they look really cool. With regards to this specific monitor, with the tripod stand installed, when it's off it looks less like a computer screen and more like a strange, rectangular sculpture. The lines are sleek, it's very thin, and the curve is very aesthetically pleasing. I love the overall appearance of it.Setting it up was a breeze. I got it installed on the stand in about a minute with the included phillips-head screwdriver. The stand is metal and has some serious weight to it. It has a pretty big footprint and requires kind of a lot of depth behind the monitor to place the back foot. The mount allows the screen to be adjusted to different angles up and down (i.e. it swivels on the horizontal axis only), and there's no height adjustment. It works great for my setup, but I can see how it might be annoying for some to not have the height adjustment, and the big footprint means it sits a bit further forward on my desk than would be ideal, but it's by no means in the way or anything. The bezel is probably about a quarter inch thick all around and is totally unobtrusive. The display picture quality is great, though it can't produce really dark blacks like some other monitors I've seen. I also noticed that there is a tiny bit of backlight bleed on the bottom edge of the screen, but I'm not going to get upset over such a minor problem. It only shows up noticeably at all when the screen is completely black, and it is virtually undetectable during game play. The color reproduction is great, the high refresh rate is smooth, and the resolution is sharp. I was really surprised to see how great the picture is from different angles too. When I look at it directly from the side, there's almost no discernible difference in picture quality compared to looking at it straight on.Overall I'm super happy with this purchase. It's a good looking monitor that performs its function very well. I've had it for a couple weeks now and I've loved every minute I've spent with it. Aside from the tiny bit of backlight bleed and the lack of super-dark blacks, this monitor is absolutely flawless. One last minor note, when I got it, the monitor said it was running at 60hz. There was no setting on the monitor that I could find to increase this, and in the end I found out that I had to change my computer's refresh rate in the control panel from 60hz to 144hz (Right click on desktop>Screen Resolution>Advanced Settings>select "Monitor" tab>Use drop down menu to set refresh rate to desired amount). After I figured out how to do that, the monitor shows that it's running at 144hz just like it's supposed to.

I wanted to want it, but...
So, after building my pc I was so relieved that the last part was putting together my monitor, which is always the easiest part. I had no idea it would be the worst 3 hours of my life. First of all, the mount I received snapped in 1 second with barely ANY force applied. Secondly, there was no display cord (very strange...), but I had my own to test it out. Thirdly, after finally getting it setup, there was AWFUL lag/tearing and the monitor would frequently flicker and turn off. As the days went on, the quality got better but not good enough to justify $260+. Plus, the "free sync" features do not pop up and I couldn't get it to work with amd or nvidia cards, which is not good at all. When I went to get an exchange, the seller took the listing down altogether. THANK GOD amazon is AMAZING with its customers and gave me a full refund+compensation, so now I'm switching to acer. Which brings me to my final point: get a name brand monitor, or you'll regret it and saving $50 with a random company will end being $300 on a new monitor from a reputable brand in the future.

Pixel's dead within 2 months and support doesnt respond to messages
It might be tempting to saved some money buying a cheaper panel, but its not worth saving the money if you have problems within a few months. It would be better to wait and save for an extra $50 for a name brand panel with support that will actually contact you. If I want support from them I'm going to have to message them on a public social media site which is shameful.

Absolutely great monitor! It is perfect for gaming and it looks amazing. This monitor gives you much more bang for your buck than almost all of the big name company's monitors. My monitor came with no dead pixels or defects after being refurbished and it comes with a warrenty if it does come with a defect that you can send it back and get another one.

Clear, amazing, smooth Monitor
The monitor itself looks brand new and is crystal clear and looks and works perfectly (better than my last monitor that i bought new). It also arrived about 14 days earlier than it was expected to arrive which i was ecstatic about.
