An excellent phone, with everything up & running; alas I made a mistake as I wanted only PAYG, & had to ask for a refund, embarrassing! I would like to recommend BESTLINE for their prompt care over my problem & can recommend their customer service to everyone. Grateful thanks.

Bought as a present for my daughter, she wanted the 535 version but got her this one and she says she cannot see any difference so very happy with it, not put it down yet, all the features seem to work good and the only thing shes got is that oovoo does not work on it, no great loss imo.

Good to start with as a fairly simple phone for my technophobe husband BUT after 2 months there was a problem with the microphone. he has to answer all his calls on speakerphone which is not great for private calls, and 30 day period as lapsed on Amazon so can't return!! Good phone but buy elsewhere with a longer warranty!!
