Well worth the money!
Good camera shutter grip and remote release. You can tell it's not as premium in terms of material choice as the official Nikon one, but for the price of the grip it's more than sufficient and sturdy enough to last a long time. Well worth the price I paid for it. One thing to note is that you need to make sure the battery section is properly clicked into the camera body as although I had the grip fully tightened, my camera lost all power as the grip section with the batteries wasn't fully making contact with the Z8's body battery pins.

Good item with a few bugs
Great piece of kit, but the speed adjustment dial is loose (-ish) and doesn’t adjust speed as accurately
