These thin strips are the bomb. You can literally take them anywhere because they are as thin as a sheet of paper and less than an inch square. You really need this convenience, if you travel or go through airport security with liquids. I was told these would never work, but surprise, they actually did. The only thing I don't like is the taste. It's minty, but I don't find it pleasant. Probably just me, so don't let that keep you from buying it, if you need it.
