I’d like them I actually turned them inside out because I don’t like the seam on my foot. It’s more comfortable that way they’re soft and firm. I have very weak ankles and I broke my left leg a couple of weeks ago so I’ve been wearing it for Support, it took the swelling down off my broken ankle, which was really cool. but I can only wear it for a couple hours at a time. It’s very tight. I probably should’ve got a size up, but other than that I love them. I would recommend them for ankle support for sure.

I'm a runner in my mid 30's and it finally happened to me. INJURY. The front/top area of my ankle was really causing me a lot of pain, but adding in compression definitely helped. I gave my foot full rest for a few days, walked/biked/ellipticalled for a few days, and eventually I was back to running. The compression and support certainly helped. I got a medium and I wear a size 9.5 US running shoe. It fit snug, but not cutting off circulation. Just how I wanted it. You can adjust more or less with the velcro strap too to isolate areas you want to compress more.Good value as I got two of them, so when one was in the wash (easy) I could wear the other.

It works so well. It's comfortable. The support is excellent. I sprained my ankle and this really helped with the healing process.

These are, by far, the best foot/heel/ank!e braces I've ever tried! Very well made, and a perfect fit. The material is soft enough to be comfortable, even without a sock underneath, yet they give excellent support with a firm stretch. I've used them with, and without, the extra strap, which gives that extra bit of support when I need it. The straps are the nicest I've seen as well, made from a soft stretchy material. Even the Velcro is soft and non irritating, and the extra length makes it so you can attach the Velcro tabs in the front, rather than the back, which is far more comfortable and adds even more support. My only con is that I find, after a few hours of use, the strap can be too much, but I just remove it at that time and use the sleeve alone. I wear a small shoe, size 6 1/2 wide, but have a 12 inch circumference of heel to top of arch, and the size medium fits perfectly. I highly recommend this set of braces.

I have plantar fasciitis and these have been very good. The compression is solid. I bought others that just don’t hold their compression, but these do. The material is quite breathable and a good quality. The velcro strap was very easy to put on and adds to the compression, but you honestly don’t need to wear the Velcro strap unless you need that added compression. The sleeve itself is quite tight.

Wouldn't Want Your Ciralation To Be Cut Off, And Will Leave Mark's On, Your Feet! From The Straps Being So Tight. Only 3 stars because a hole has worn through them already. My daughter needs extra ankle support from having a sprain and the compression is great, the strap provide support. But a hole already torn through the heels is frustrating. Bought in January. It’s only beginning of March.

I twisted my ankle walking a couple years ago and it activated old wound in My foot and my entire left side kinda went out. My ankle aches especially muscles around it and this took pressure off immediately and then after a while laying down my foot heated up on the side where the pain was coming from, I couldn't believe it. After a hour ir two I finally had to take it off. I look it up and I guess it can do that and after a couple weeks it should stretch out a little maybe it to tight but it also says not to sleep with it on or just use it 2-8:hours a day while active. But the heat also causes circulation which I know it's been not getting proper circulation.So I have to play with it a bit. Old wounds and everything else being my problem.The following day believe it or not the pressure and pain was relieved and so much better. Im wearing it and it's not heating up anymore and not aching and causing me grief. So I'll just wear them as Support now on both feet which I only had it on the one causing me grief. Weird.
