I found this brand through a NYmag.com article that rated them as the 'coolest sheets' on Amazon. After some further research on the sustainability of bamboo due to my personal desire to be eco-friendly in any way I can, I decided to give them a try. I have been using these sheets for a little over a week and already know these are the best I've ever owned. They are silky and luxurious, making it even more difficult to get out of bed in the morning; I just want to make metaphorical snow angels in them all day. I had no idea i was sleeping on garbage-pile sheets for so long! I have been constantly bragging to my colleagues about how much better my sleep experience has been since I bought these sheets. However, it was surprising how heavy the sheets were, but gratefully that did not translate once they were on the bed. These sheets seem to dissipate heat very quickly, which is important to me since I live in the Central Valley of California (hot!). In fact, I don't think I have once woken up once with any evidence of sweat.The only downside to my entire experience was their website, which is not a traditional retail website. On their page they only describe the warranty, the care, and their mission statement. After one night, I immediately wanted to find additional pillowcases so I could completely rid myself of garbage sheets, but I had no success. Their catalog is entirely on Amazon, which made it more difficult to look for specific items. But...The customer service is amazing! There is a link to their Facebook page on the website, which, I presume is the primary way to contact them. I wanted to buy additional pillow cases (because we sleep with more than two pillows), so I tried contacting them through their Facebook page. Their representative responded to a message within hours, who then sent two additional cases at no cost to me. I value customer service above all else and was completely flabbergasted at how well they treated me as a customer and how promptly they felt a response to my inquiry was needed.I genuinely hope this company is around for a long time and if they are, they just found a life-long customer. When these wear out (and they incredibly have a 5 year warranty) I will be buying another set. In fact, I will probably order another set, just to have a spare. Finally, if you take nothing away from this review, I've already recommended them to my mom.

Ordered the Oasis (Cirrus) for a full size extra long mattress - 54" W x 80" L x 13" depthHave been wanting bamboo sheets for a long time. I decided to purchase these sheets after reading all of the reviews and for the price point.My review after owning for 3 weeks.1. ORDERING - Very easy. Would have like to have the actual sheet dimensions in the descriptions.2. DELIVERY - They arrived in a timely manner and were packaged nicely. Nice touch with the organic cover pouch. Out of the package they are a bright white, feel silky soft and cool to the touch. They feel thin but the weave is very tight and weight of the sheets makes me think they are of good quality.3. WASHING - When washed they lose that silky feeling to the touch and feel stiff however after drying them on a low temp the silky soft feeling returns. Just like magic! It is important to pull them out of the dryer while they are still warm or otherwise there will be a lot of wrinkles vs just a few. These sheets do wrinkle but an iron takes the wrinkles right out for a nice crisp look on the bed. I have washed the sheets twice since getting them and will continue to was them on a weekly basis so time will tell if they hold up. I have not seen any fraying, spots or pilling that some have described.4. FITTED SHEET - The bottom sheet fits nice and snug on the mattress with plenty of sheet and elastic to hold the bottom sheet tight for a crisp look.5. FLAT SHEET - I ran into a problem because my top sheet was actually cut too short in length and width. I contacted the company and even though they had never heard of that happening before - they sent me another top sheet without any delays or problems. While this sheet was longer and wider then the first for my 13 inch mattress I did not have enough material to tuck it in really tight with the comforter for a nice clean look. It is not a deal breaker for me. I just don't use the top sheet in the layers.6. SLEEPING - I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE sleeping between these sheets. They are so soft against my skin. Because I like to sleep cold these sheets are perfect. I find if I get warm, due to my blanket, all I have to do is move to the left or right and I have another nice cool spot. While they do wrinkle over the course of the evening it is certainly something I can live with... and not a deal breaker...7. CUSTOMER SERVICE - I can't say enough good things about the service I received from Alex S. professional, courteous, knowledgable about product and helpful. BOTTOM LINE - if these sheets wear as well as I think they will - I will be purchasing another set.

I honestly feel sorta scammed buying these sheets. I am always on a quest to get better sleeping materials and my last sheets are wearing down so I thought I'd roll the dice on these. Prolly one of the worst purchases and value for the money I've made in the past few months.First off i was missing a 2nd pillow case. Nothing earth shattering I guess since I have another grey one, but crappy.Secondly after a mild wash in cold water, the beginning of the first night was solid, but by the end this thing is bunching so much I can't even move my legs without a huge swathe of material covering my foot. It's maddening. It's like the sides fit tight but the top bunches so bad It's almost like having a 3rd cover. Not to mention it is now pilling, so it feels like little BBs in your body.Do NOT buy this hunk of garbage. I honestly feel like they pay for these reviews, how can anyone wash this one time and not experience the same thing. If i didn't sleep on it already I would return it.
