This stud finder is a handy tool for small DIY projects around the house. It's easy to use with clear instructions and multiple scanning modes for different materials like wood studs, metal pipes, and live AC wires. The LCD display and audio alerts are helpful for precise location. However, the scanning depth is limited, so it might not be suitable for thicker walls or complex projects.

Works a treat but highlights how badly my house has been built as there were no studs in the wall which is another problem.Found studs in other walls and wiring

Was good at picking up stud walls but a bit hit and miss for metal and cables. According to the tester the whole of one of my walls was live rather than picking up two electrical cables only

Firstly, this was delivered without retail packaging of any type, just in a plain brown cardboard box, secondly there were no instructions whatsoever or warranty or in fact any paperwork at all. I can only assume this was a customer return item? regardless, it does not work, by which I mean that it powers up etc. but it is totally incapable of reliably detecting anything. Passing the detector over the same piece of wall repeatedly using every setting multiple times it cannot repeatedly detect studs that I can actually see, and it will detect studs that are not there! every time I use it it gives a different result and calibrating it has no affect at all. A tool like this needs to be 100% reliable or there could be serious consequences, spend more and get something that actually works, that is what I am going to do.

It accurately and efficiently picked up not only stud batons, but metal and electricity cables.I particularly liked the colour display and audio warnings displayed plus it was easy to operate and I would have no hesitation in whole heartedly recommending the product and the customer services. Have used this a number of times and was great for detecting screws hidden by sealer enabling me to remove the board without any damage

I had some new stuff to mount to the wall and having a track history of drilling holes in bad places, decided to get this to try. I knew very well that the area I was drilling had electrical cables in the wall, and I needed to be careful.Figuring out how to use it isn't particularly straightforward. The manual is very clear and easy to understand but keeping it memorised isn't easy so I advise you keep the manual safe somewhere.Once I knew what I was doing it was a breeze and worked so much better than other stud finders I've used in the past. Simple to read and was very accurate for what I needed. Told me exactly where the cables were so I knew where to avoid and let me find the studs for mounting with no difficulty.Very happy with it - just keep that manual safe!

Weird but works, remember to take out the battery so it doesn’t start beeping at 3am in the freaking morning tho.

This stud finder comes with a battery, a nice carry pouch and an instruction manual. Its sturdy and comfortable to hold in your hands against the wall. It can detect multiple things including 3/4 and 1 1/2 inch studs, metal pipes and also electric wires, which makes it a lot more convenient and practical.I've already used it several times for multiple projects and it has been pretty accurate. The fact that it tells the starting, middle and end of the stud precisely makes it a lot more convenient for you , if your project needs a bit of adjustments here and there. The LED panel with different lightings makes it easier to follow through.Overall, a powerful and multipurpose tool, which is going to be very useful and heavily used for all your home projects and comes with a very reasonable price.

The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: first one I ordered did not work, I was heart broken. With my first review consumer reached out to me, offered to make things right. Sent me a new one, Wow! It is wonderful, easy to use.Amazed their customer service person stayed in touch with me until I got new one.
