Low Resistance and weak Jaw Exerciser
The resistance is on the lower side even in highest setting.The jaw exerciser broke after a few days of usage.

It's made of silicone. It's comfortable to put in mouth easily. It's helps to breathe properly from low to high level and keeps lungs better to best . I used while in walking or jogging to make breathe properly and keeps lungs strong.Great product to use it .
