Microplastic filtration and reliable.
I’ve been really happy with the Waterdrop WD-TSA-UF system (the one sold under ASIN B0D1R9RS3S) I bought it back in January 2025 — so it’s now been nearly a year — and it’s still running smoothly. The unit has been totally leak-free and dependable, with a strong flow rate for an under-sink ultrafiltration system. Installation was straightforward: the system fit nicely under my sink alongside a garbage disposal — no special modifications needed. I’ve used similar filters before, so the set-up felt familiar and easy. Since installing it, I’ve noticed the water tastes noticeably better than regular tap (I'ma municipal water supply) — clean and fresh. The specs say it filters out microplastics as well, which gives me added confidence in the quality. On top of that, I’ve been quite impressed with Waterdrop’s customer service. Becky handled a few questions for me quickly and with good detail. Overall — dependable performance, easy installation, solid water taste, and good support — I’d recommend this filter for anyone who wants a worry-free under-sink filtration system. Becky was consistently knowledgeable and thorough when answering technical questions—especially around materials, certifications, and filtration specifics. She also handled my support request quickly and followed through on every step. Overall, both the product and the support experience have exceeded expectations. I’d confidently recommend Waterdrop based on the quality of the system and the professionalism of their customer service.

Clean and tasty water and easiness to install system
After reading about several under sink kitchen water filter systems, I decided to get the WATERDROP 3 stage filter. I considered three factors: levels of filtering, cost a year to maintain the system (cost of filters), and the easiness to install. I just like the 8 stage deep filtration system. It filters all the elements most common in city water and makes the water taste great. The maintenance cost is about average for most filters — about $100 a year — so this was not an issue to me. I could had gone for another system to save me 20 dollars a year but I just felt the quality for this water filtration system was superior. Installation was very easy. The system came with all the parts needed. The installation video in Amazon was very clear and helpful, and after viewing it about three times, it only took me about 15 minutes to install it (never installed a water filter before). After the system was installed, I let the faucet of water filtered run for about 10 minutes and checked for leaks — no leaks. Then, I made a taste comparison test between the water straight from the faucet and the water from the filter. The water from the filter was so crisp, clear and very tasty. (I had filters before, so I know what clean water should taste like). Now I can make a cup of my expensive coffee and enjoy the flavor! But to me the most important issue is that I no longer have to carry those 40-bottled packages of water from the car to the house. Very satisfied with the WATERDROP 3 STAGE FILTER.

Still Working Perfectly After Months of Use
I’ve been using this Waterdrop under-sink filter for a while now, and it’s still working great! The water tastes clean and fresh, and the pressure hasn’t changed at all. Installation was simple, and the system looks neat under the sink. The filters last a long time, and replacement is easy. I’m very happy with the performance and reliability — totally worth it!

Great system with one major caveat, duration of filters
This system is excellent and worth considering if you can't install a dedicated filtering system or at least use a dedicated filter faucet. I agree with previous comments about its ease of installation and the quality of the water taste; I highly recommend it. However, the suggested replacement time for the filters is inaccurate and should be around 2 to 3 months at most. Essentially, you are running all your cold water through the system, even for rinsing dishes. Naturally, this causes a drop in water pressure, but the crucial filter is No. 3. I faced significant water pressure issues within two months, replaced filter No. 1, as it was supposed to have the shortest lifespan, but there was no change. I replaced filter No. 2 a week later, but still saw no improvement. Eventually, I ordered and replaced filter No. 3, and the system returned to its original performance.

Much better tasting water, huge difference!
Surprisingly much better tasting water than I expected. Easy installation actual installation time was about fifteen minutes from start to finish. Now the next test is how long before I have to change filters to maintain that great tasting water. The water in my city is almost hazardous if you look up the actual water survey from independent sources. Shows minimal but acceptable heavy metals, lead etcetera. Not to mention other chemicals. This filter showed it at least cleaned it up a little better.

Works great and removes flouride
I purchased this item to replace a unit that I've had for over 3 years, specifically, because it was rated to remove fluoride from my water. I was happy with my existing unit except for this one exception so I went ahead and purchased the Waterdrop unit. It was very easy to install and work perfectly for about 3 months. Then I experienced a slight rumbling noise and the water quit flowing. I immediately emailed the Waterdrop customer service and got a very quick response from Andrew, who was great to work with and very responsive and professional. After explaining the details of what happened, he walked me through a couple of troubleshooting procedures to see if we could get the unit working or figure out what was wrong. When none of these steps worked, he sent me a brand new unit to replace the defect of one, and a postage paid return shipping box for the old unit. It arrived very quickly and I had it up and running again in no time. It is rare these days to find that type of customer service with a manufacturer. I have already recommended this unit to many of family members who have the same issue with fluoride being added to municipal water. The water quality (per my water testing kit) I get is as good or better than the unit that I was happy with over 3 years that it replaced, but with no detectable fluoride. I highly recommend this unit and the Waterdrop company for any of the products they produce considering the service they provide..

Will not filter TDS but otherwise OUTSDANTING unit.
Does not filter TDS but if you are searching for great tasting water with an easy installation process, this is a great unit to buy. Setup took about 45 minutes to 1 hour. It probably could have taken a lot less time, but I am very cautious when it comes to plumbing. Once installed the system I noticed an IMMEDIATE difference in water taste. The accompanying app and filter reminder replacement stickers are nice added touches. Before installing this, I had a Culligan system that failed on me (for the 3rd time). I had gone without filtration for about 3 weeks but decided to try this system because without the Culligan my Florida water tasted terrible. In summary, great product, easy installation, great tasting water.

Recommended if you're tired of buying water outside as well
I've had this for more than a month and I can recommend this water filter. The tap water in my household has a lot of chlorine to where you can smell it and this filter completely removes it. I bought this because I was getting tired of buying cases of bottled water. The water that comes out of it is clear and with no undesirable taste. The installation took me about 2 hours. It does come along with adapters, including a 1/2" to 3/8" reducer for your shut off valve. I used a 1/4" copper line from the filter outlet to the drinking faucet. I also purchased a 3/8" x 3/8" x 3/8" diverter valve so I can shut off individual water lines if needed. The water filter's included inlet hose is a 3/8" NSF to 1/4" drinking line tube, so the diverter valve was a great fit. I had to run water through the filter for about 45-60 minutes since the water out of it was still hazy when put on a glass, probably from the preservative they used on the filters for shelf life. I periodically tasted the water until it tasted like actual drinking water. I suggest not trusting the 15 minute run time recommendation and keep running it until you're satisfied with the taste. I've had no leaks so far, as it feels well-made. I bought an APPASO 3 in 1 kitchen faucet for both washing and drinking using only one sink hole. The quality of the water out of it is superb. I have no complaints. It tastes like water, which is the goal here. The water flow was stronger than I thought. I usually fill up a one gallon pitcher to be kept in the fridge and I'm satisfied with it.
