These THERABAND CLX bands were recommended to me by my physical therapist, and they’ve been a great addition to my workouts. The quality is solid and they feel strong and secure when you’re using them. I really like the looped design—it makes switching exercises easy without having to tie or adjust anything. I anchor the band yo the door and use for back and arm strengthening, and they work really well for that. The resistance feels controlled, not jerky or cheap. They’re also easy to pack up and use anywhere, which is a big plus. Overall, very versatile bands that do exactly what they’re supposed to do. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking for something reliable for home workouts or physical therapy exercises.

These are perfect for my needs to do physical therapy exercises at home. The loops are great to hold rather than wrap the band around my hands. I prefer these Resistance Bands with Loops over hand weights because they're easily portable; extremely lightweight; take up very little space (as they can be folded to lie flat or rolled up into a wad); and, provide the resistance I need to strengthen my body. Excellent quality. Non-latex (latex is a deal breaker for me). Nine loops. Comes in a nice set of Red-Medium & Green-Heavy. The product photo shows these bands with their respective box packaging & this is not what was delivered to me. I received these bands in far more cost-effective packaging consisting of a clear plastic sleeve that seals - please see my photos. This is exactly what I received - I peeled off the shipping label to remove my shipping info. One can find the Theraband Resistance Bands with Loops sold individually with their own boxed packaging (this costs more than the set) or buy a 2-pack set sealed in a clear plastic sleeve (far more cost-effective without the boxed packaging) as seen in my photos.

The Bands are an excellent safer way to do exercise for minor muscle building and stamina. If used properly and frequently along with your other factors can assist in weight loss. Did for me lost 20 lbs.

These were recommended by my physical therapist. They were great to do my exercises at home. I like that they have loops so I can have different lengths.
