so far so good.. I've only been taking this 2 weeks but I can tell the difference - I feel more longevity throughout the day and a little more clarity so far. I'm taking two per day as it recommends one or two per day.

idk if I got the one that wasn't strong enough or if I wasn't supposed to feel anything till 90 days later, but I couldn't tell the difference after 1 full bottle.

I am an avid gamer. I used a supplement that had a cognizant ingredient in it and it did very well to increase my focus when gaming. So I did some research and found this product which is the primary ingredient in the other one. I take this 30 minutes before playing competitive games and I noticed that it increases my ability to react faster and I'm able to notice things easier. It almost feels like the game is moving slower and it gives me more time to react. I am a 50-year-old first person shooter gamer so I will take any edge I can get. LOL

These are a great and effective form of Cognizin Citicholine. They are the perfect size to swallow and noticeable difference when used daily. It increases focus and alertness without any side effects.

This is the third brand I've tried. It doesn't make me sweat or raise my blood pressure like one brand I tried. It does help alleviate anxiety I get from taking stimulants. It helps focus and concentration, but not as much as the vitamins shoppe brand... that brand is better on focus, but maybe a bit too much. This one enhances focus, but not quite so harshly, and simultaneously lifts mood to happy, alert and relaxed. So I think it's a really good balance.
