So im still unsure if this helps as much as regular kombucha but it is way cheaper and way more convenient. Also this flavor is to die for, think tropical punch. Out of the 3 i have this is my favorite then green grape then peach. Also the box is sparkly!

I bought for my kids they don't have any issues drinking it. Its easy to store. Its a good price for health benefits and no weird textures.

Great taste !!! The taste alone is 5 starts but it does clean you out and gets the gut moving!! Love that it is portable kombucha. Even the peach flavor is great.

Mixed well with water. Added more water because it was a bit too sweet for my taste. I usually drink it after a heavy meal or want something sweet. Make sure to use room temp water to shake first and then add the ice!

It does have some fizz, but no where near as much as a bottled product.The flavor is nice, but I can taste the ethyritol. I didn't see it when I was looking for which powdered kombucha to try. First I was reading all the lists and details then I got lost in the multitude of flavors available. There are so many.I really don't want any artificial sweetness. What I noticed was "no added sugar". I need to look for, "no added sweeteners". They upset my stomach.
