Exceeded expectations, awesome rooftop tent for great price
The media could not be loaded. Just had this shipped to me about two weeks ago and finally had a chance to take it out. Install was super super easy, had some help lifting it onto my car but otherwise was super straightforward. I had read the reviews about the bolts being too short for mounting, which I agree with, but I just went down to my local hardware store and got 1/2 inch longer ones. They’re super common carriage bolts so was easy. Even though the original bolts are metric the closest match I found still fit in the brackets. My first trip out using the tent it rained all night long, no water inside the tent. Super sturdy and stayed pretty warm. Loved the little built in light strip too.Mattress is a full size mattress, so ended up just getting a full fitted sheet and used a queen size duvet that works perfect. It does whistle a little on the freeway but honestly nothing horrible.Overall super pleased, and would absolutely recommend.

The best roof top tent for the money!
I have had this RTT for about two months and have used it 5 times already. This is a high quality tent that sets up in about a minute and breaks down in about three. The sides really do block out sunlight if you want to take an afternoon nap or wake up late. There was condensation collecting inside the tent when temps dipped below 40, but a small fan to circulate air should fix that small problem. Overall I am very impressed by the quality of the tent and it's components, comfort of the mattress and the speed and ease to set up and break down at this price.

Nice RTT
I recently purchased this rooftop tent, and it looks very promising. Setting it up takes less than 10 minutes, and it's incredibly spacious and comfortable. The tent is durable and weather-resistant, although I feel like stronger winds would be minor roadblock. Compatible with almost any vehicle with a roof rack, it's perfect for weekend getaways and longer adventures. Overall, this rooftop tent is a fantastic investment for any outdoor enthusiast. I can't wait for my first trip with this RTT!

Tent quality is good, mounting hardware not so
The mounting bolts that go through both brackets are far too short. To get even a thread or two through the supplied nuts you have to over tighten the bolts causing the metal brackets to bend. Longer bolts should be supplied with the hardware to mount the tent.

This tent is super awesome.
We couldn't be happier with this purchase. Talk about value per dollar. Everything about it is perfect. The color, the wrap around awning that some similare models do not have. The led light strip, the added cross bars for mounting additional stuff on top. The thing I was most ahappy about is it was delivered in immaculate condition which I was worried about since some of the reviews of similar models on YouTube showed some dents amd scratches. Ours was packaged amazingly. It definitely paid off. Huge two thumbs up. Fits my wife and myself perfectly.

Great tent with a few minor flaws
Overall I love this tent. I used it for a week in Utah, moving camp every day.Setup is easy. Struts are strong and easily lift the lid. Fabric is durable and stood up to abuse and winds. No water leaks, no dust intrusion. Large vent at the top so zero condensation issues with one person and 30deg nights. When doors and windows are closed up ZERO light is getting inside the tent. The LED light inside was bright enough, but not blinding.I found the mattress to be comfortable enough. Could it be improved? Yes, but at 190lbs I was not tossing and turning trying to get comfortable.Breaking down the tent can be difficult. The gas struts are strong and it takes quite a bit of effort to pull the lid closed. The seams around the side doors are a little stiff and cause the fabric to fold outwards and get caught in the seal, and inconveniently right behind the strut where its most difficult to reach. Additionally, the lower rain flap is just long enough to also get stuck in the seal. It takes quite a few attempts at pushing and pulling all the fabric to get everything tucked inside. The poles for the rain fly are not designed to fit around an awning, so if you have an awning you'll either need to mount it lower than the tent or find different poles. I was lucky and swapped one pole with a friend who's tent came with 4 awning accepting poles.I did not use the shoe bags as most of them are not waterproof, so I cant speak for those.Funny note: the ladder instructions tell you not to get the ladder wet. Kind of silly for something that sits outside in the elements. All things considered this is a great tent for the money.

Very easy set up; easy to use, open, close after use!
I'm super happy with this purchase. The instructions were easy to follow to set up, use, and close! The delivery went smoothly with no damage. I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to get it on the rooftop (being a single mom), but between some ingenuity the kids and I were able to get it up there no problem, although it is pretty heavy. I've traveled on the expressway now with it on the rooftop several times and no issues whatsoever at 75mph (and even 86 mph when I was late getting to pick up my child after a sports game even though it says recommended max speed is 75mph). The spring releases and power lifts on it make it very easy to set up and close. My only suggestion is making the ladder steps (once attached to the tent) horizontal with the ground instead of horizontal standing straight up (as if it wasn't attached to the tent). I would caution a very tall person that is expecting to fit 3 people because I don't think it would work for a tall person (I'm 5'6" and was almost touching end to end when not laying diagonally). The sleep mat is super comfy. Lastly, the luggage rack bars to include a Thule (for example) on top is fantastic if the need arises although I've not tried that yet or driven down the road with that attached yet.
