I am safety conscious and when we added another vehicle to our household I wanted a first aid kit for it as we have one in our other vehicle as well; and YES, we have had need of it several times. This does not come with any bandaids or first aid items, it is just the case but that was what I wanted because I wanted to customize my own kit with things a normal first aid kit does not come with like kwik clot gauze, bandaids, etc. I like the size and functionality of this kit better than my other one so I am ordering another one!
