Both myself and my partner tried this hair wax. The scent is actually very light. I’ve tried a couple other brands that had overpowering scents that were honestly too much. This doesn’t give me a headache from the smell, it has a very lightweight scent that becomes hard to notice after it’s applied. And because I mostly use it at the nape of my neck, it’s far away from my nose it’s not an issue for me (many scents cause migraines for me). This doesn’t offer the same control as some edge waxes I’ve used, or pomades. I have very short hair I’m attempting to grow out for the first time in years, and I’m at the point I can get it into a ponytail. This helps with flyaways in the back, but it does not work like some other products. I still use hairspray if I’m wanting extra hold. What I do like is that, aside from very light scent, it leaves my hair very soft. So if I don’t use other products with this, or if I use some in my palms and run it through my hair for body, my hair is soft to the touch still. My partner also tried it for his beard, and it worked well to tame stray hairs and style it into a neater shape (he’s got very coarse and thick hair). So we’ve both used it and both like it.

I didn’t like it, it doesn’t hold much, and i think it pulls off my baby hairs. Used twice and won’t use it again.

I honestly haven’t used the Rice Shampoo yet I want to get the conditioner to go with it!!!! When I do start using the product I will do another review about the product!!?

I got this hair wax stick hoping it would help tame my frizzy hair and flyaways especially around my edges and while it does work a bit it hasn't been as long-lasting as I had expected. It is rather easy to apply and doesn’t make my hair feel too sticky or leave patches of wax as long as I brush to smooth and blend it in well right after application. I do however find myself needing to reapply throughout the day. It’s decent for quick touch-ups but I wouldn’t rely on it for all-day hold.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this hair wax stick. I am the proud possessor of a cowlick that doesn't even lie flat when my head is wet, so I'm always on the lookout for something to tame it. I don't like gels, mousses, etc. as they always make the hair stiff and unpleasant-feeling. This stick has solved the problem, though. I just swipe my cowlick once or twice and it stays put for the day, without weighing my hair down or making it feel like I've got dried goop in my hair (which I guess is what hair gel is. Anyway...). The wax twists up like a deodorant stick, and is smooth and hard, not soft or sticky. Two weeks of daily use has barely made a dent in the stick, so I envisage it lasting a good long time. Overall I'm very happy with this product and will likely be back for more when this one eventually runs out. Recommended.

It does the job well, keep my hair in place but very sticky, leave your hair greasy so hqir wash is needed after that. Suggest to use on the day that you need to wash your hair at end.
