Overall, the product is good. The one suggestion from my side is they have to work more to hide the backpack strips

Low quality stiching and low quality canvas.This bag is definitely not meant to carry more than 3 kgs even though they have specifically given compartment for laptops and stuff.I just had my laptop and a file and the canvas supporting the bag handle tore on both sides.Terrible feeling when you spend so much money to buy this, thinking it would be a good quality and supporting environmental causes and encouraging recycling ideas, only to create another piece of waste.

I have bought this bag in Aug month and in just 4 months it got damaged from the corner side and I am traveling in my car not even in public transport it's really very bad quality product when you are spending 5k really disappointed
