It's only been 3 weeks...
My main pelvic floor problem isn't urinary incontinence. After childbirth I started having a lot of pain during sex or using a tampon even and orgasms were weak or incomplete and sometimes painful.I started pelvic floor yoga 6 weeks ago and decided it couldn't hurt to try a device with it. I stumbled across this device because its FDA approved.(I think it's important to mention here that I practice deep diaphram breathing while using this device to help with learning to relax my muscles as well)I will start with the prosWith my first use, I could tell that the device had tightened muscles that had been like a dead zone for a long time. With in a week orgasms was able to have strong complete orgasms with out pain. After 3 weeks, I feel like the walls of my vagina were more elastic and less tenseI am giving 5 stars because orgasms! and I think most people with pelvic floor problems would benefit from trying this. I am not convinced that a lower priced product wouldn't work as well but I felt having the FDA approved pre programs was worth the extra cash. The Cons... this is gonna get long but I promise it's still a good product. This device irritates my bladder from the actual use of the product, not a UTI. I have bladder inflammation often so I am used to my bladder being unhappy. Other people may be more bothered by it.My biggest gripe however is that for 300$ I should have easy to access to information. I can understand getting a crappy booklet with a 70$ knock off. The booklet and website is subpar. The FAQ page has been down since I stumbked across the website. The device has been around for years but the website looks incomplete? What impression does that make? Also, it seems most people have had good experiences with your customer service but your goal should be for your customers to never, ever have to call customer service. The information should be easy to access.Things to consider in your instructions:1. I have no idea why there are two port plug ins and two sets of dials. It isnt in the booklet nor website which I should use and what the differences were. I finally found in a product review that it doesnt matter?! So if you purchase this, as best as I can tell, you can use either side but use one side at a time. If you are plugged into the left port, only increase the dial on the left side.2. There is no information about what the hz/uS/mA settings mean. It seems standard informations for other TENS/EMS units to include and is helpful for the user to understand the function. Also, would help someone understand why 40mA at 250uS and 20 hz is more intense than 40mA and 200uS and 30 hz.3. Do you want to know how I learned to place the product correctly? By learning how the product actually works.4. I am still trying to figure out mA settings. If you can't tolerate a 10mA, what does that mean? If you can't feel 70mA, what does that mean? Is there an ideal setting for strengthening vs massaging? Again most TENS/EMS units provide general guidance from improving use.

AMAZING!
I’ve been wanting to get this device for a long time and I’m SO GLAD I finally did. It is worth every penny. I am 56. I had a complicated hysterectomy about 24 years ago. I’m pretty sure I’ve gone through menopause but I’m not completely sure as I also take BHRT (Emerita). There’s no really easy or delicate way to share my review. One of the things I’ve been noticing is my urethra has been a little sluggish lately and it’s been a little more challenging reaching orgasm. After just five days of using the Yarlap (what does that word even mean anyway … lol) for 20 minutes first thing in the morning before I get out of bed, it’s much easier to pee and it’s much easier to come to orgasm. They are also a lot more intense and last longer which I’m grateful for.I’ve never been able to have a vaginal orgasm anyway and I don’t consider the Yarlap a vibrator, but I imagine some people might benefit in that way. I literally view this item as healthy exercise for my vagina and the kegel muscles that support urinary continence. Like exercising and eating healthfully, this has now become part of my health regimen. The only drawback to this product is that the water based gel they provide does not have a list of ingredients. I am very discerning about what I put on and in my body. If you’re like me, Aloe Cadabra is a great product that’s clean ingredient wise and safe to use with (or without) the Yarlap.I am SO GRATEFUL and I’ll definitely be recommending this to everyone I know, especially women my age who love having an active healthy sex life.

Works Great
This works great. I had a few user problems at first they are super helpful on the phone. Also, my unit had a defect, they shipped me another one right away after I sent them pics of the fault. The CEO of the company called me and thanked me, and they sent me an extra probe. Highly recommend.

It works for me!
Pros - It worked and it worked amazingly fast for me. I was sure I was on the path to surgery for my problem. Indeed, if it weren't for Covid, I'd likely have the surgery already. I used the device twice a day for the past week and noticed a great improvement within two days. Yesterday, I successfully went without a pad for the first time in months. I am appreciative that they send a large tube of lubricating gel, which saved me a trip to the store.Cons-The price is high for someone on a fixed income, like Social Security. The cord seems a little flimsy. It's similar in weight to ear bud cords. I hope it holds up.My biggest con, however, is the packaging. It's two small pieces and I ended up with five plastic bags, two much larger than needed cardboard boxes, and tissue paper. Worst of all, was the dreadful hot pink bag I am supposed to store the device in. It felt sexist, as in "Here honey. Here's you new little toy so you don't wet your pants anymore." Plus, it's too bulky and too bright for the two tiny devices I want to store quietly away in my night stand. What it should be is a little black, washable, hinged box they both neatly fit into instead of something that screams OPEN ME UP OR AT LEAST EXPLAIN WHAT I AM! Now that I am convinced it works, that repulsive bag will go in the trash/recycling along with all the unnecessary packaging. Finally, for those of you who are wondering what it feels like: For me it's like a vibrator without the fun. Mild and if I'm busy with reading while I am using it, I forget about it.
