purchased the Samsung Crystal UHD DU7000 65-inch Smart TV and have been impressed with its vibrant 4K picture quality and user-friendly Tizen OS interface. The PurColor technology enhances the viewing experience, and the integration with Samsung TV Plus offers a variety of free channels. However, the TV’s brightness levels are somewhat limited, which can affect picture quality in well-lit rooms. Additionally, the narrow viewing angle means that the picture loses quality when viewed from the side, which is something to consider if you have a wide seating arrangement.  Overall, it’s a solid choice for those seeking a quality 4K TV with smart features, though there is room for improvement in brightness and viewing angles.Remember there is no optical fiber to connect with home theater. If you’re looking for a great TV to watch movies and shows, this one’s a fantastic option. The Crystal UHD processor makes HD content look sharp and vibrant, and the super slim design adds a touch of premium style to any room. The new, smaller remote is convenient, and if you pair the TV with a Q series soundbar using the Q Symphony feature, the audio experience gets even better. The built-in speakers are good, but a soundbar really elevates things. Just keep in mind, you’ll need a Samsung account to finish the setup.

Bought on Amazon UAE. The blacks in some areas of the screen look like washed-out greys — the dark colors are completely uneven. After just three weeks of use (no hits, no accidents), a full vertical line of green pixels appeared on the screen.I contacted customer service — total pain to deal with — and they told me that even though I bought it on Amazon UAE, the product was sourced from outside the country. So despite being less than a month old, I have to pay for the repair.Absolutely the worst purchase I’ve ever made. Do not buy this product, and definitely avoid this seller.

Really nice screen quality, crystal clear. Super easy to set up via a Samsung account. The only gripe was the wall mount service we had booked along with the product which was rescheduled several times as the workers never turned up but the product itself so far is great

Bought through seller called Newblue who’s actually modern star general trading company. After 6 months the wifi stopped working on the tv, when I tried to claim warranty I found out that the unit sold to me was a model manufactured in uae but not for sale in UAE so there is no local warranty. The seller keeps making excuses and isn’t sending any team to collect and repair/replace the tv.
