I give it 3 stars bc when the pan gets hot in the oven it warps up . I can hear pop when it happens in the ovenWhen if comes out and cools it gos back normal.Other than that is is great haha

Used sheet pan for first time today. Cinnamon rolls did not stick. The edges of the pan are rolled and after I’d washed it yellow water came out of the rolled edge. I guess that means it is going to rust inside the rolled edges and you can’t dry it to stop the rust. I would have thought Martha would have considered that.

Martha Stewart's pan is nice quality and I appreciate the larger size. Does not warp. I say still line baking sheets with foil or parchment paper for longevity.

I purchased this pan to replace an older 11x17 one that my husband had used and damaged in the garage. I was drawn to the color and trusted the Martha Stewart brand for quality. However, the first time I used it to bake potatoes at 375°F, the pan warped in the oven. While it flattened out after cooling, I didn’t think much of it at first. Then, I tried to use a Silpat on it and realized the pan was too small. Now, the pan is permanently warped, undersized, and stained. I’ll be switching back to my NordicWare sheet pans.
