Motorcycle Exhaust Muffler 1.5-2"Inlet with Removable DB Killer for Street/Sport Motorcycles and Scooters with 38,51mm Diameter Exhaust Pipes(Titanium)

This is an attractive muffler. I like the stainless steel look. The fit and finish is what you would expect from a product in this price range. As other reviewers have noted, expect some fiberglass packing pieces to escape from the ends. The sound is great, although I wasn’t fond of the included db killer. What I did was remove the stock db killer and replace it with an inlet db killer. The ones that are round with holes drilled in the sides. Now the sound is throaty and loud, without being too obnoxious.

Exhaust is great. I wish the adapter was a little thicker as it was difficult to weld without burning through, but thats how Exhaust work normally is. Sounds good installed too.

I bought this as a replacement after returning the carbon fiber version that didn’t survive a short commute. Same company, same exhaust, different design finish. This was a night and day difference. Packaging was solid, finish looked clean, and the finish quality immediately looked better. No fake carbon fiber vibes, no questionable materials, just a straightforward, well-finished exhaust. I installed it and have been riding it regularly, including daily commuting, and it has worked exactly as an exhaust should. No melting, no weird smells, no post-apocalyptic styling upgrades happening mid-ride. What I like most is the sound and durability. It has a nice deep tone that’s noticeably better than stock without being obnoxious, and it actually holds up to real riding conditions. It also looks great on the bike. That said, if you’re deciding between finishes, skip the carbon fiber version entirely and go straight to silver. Lesson learned. Overall, I’d recommend this to anyone looking for a budget-friendly exhaust that sounds good and actually lasts. This one does the job and does it well.

Packing blew out immediately from the tip and the canister seams, on a bike that hardly makes any power. Tried to save a buck and ended up spending what I wasted on this, plus the cost of a real muffler.

Update** the company reached out to solve my issues with the exhaust and I’m very happy with how good their customer service is. I would still be wary with this product but I can definitely recommend this seller. I’ve only gone on one short ride with this exhaust and the packing is coming out of both ends, there was more that I already pulled out because it looked like something was stuck on the side of it at first but when I pulled it off I realized it was the low quality packing used. Very poor quality and has only been used for maybe 20 minutes of riding I would not recommend this product

I just finished welding this into my Honda TRX 250 and it sounds fantastic! This exhaust is shorter than my OEM exhaust so I had to weld in a 6.5" pipe extension to compensate. The adapter only goes down to 1.5". I needed it slightly smaller for the TRX so I just used a flared pipe piece from an old heavy duty deck swing. It took a little modification but I am very happy with the end result and would definitely recommend this product.

Great product. Fast delivery. Easy install. Though I did have to weld the spring retainers on for added safety I don’t think it was entirely necessary. Either way good product and sounds very nice with or without the bd killer. Highly recommend
