Heating element not working. One touch only produces cold milk.

I purchased this product at the suggestion of a fellow coffee drinking and roasting enthusiast. Product had cheaper manufacturer than does my friend's. Product was securely packaged, both by Amazon and manufacturer. Very simple instructions, plug in to an outlet, add milk to the fill line, and press ON button to start the heating and froth process. Froth process started swirling the milk, but NO heat. The heating light failed to come on and milk remained cold. Returned to Amazon.

It does not Froth almond milk. It will never do it. It does not get your milk hot, is it just on the warm side. On the plus side you'll never burn yourself. I debated on sending it back but the once in a blue moon I'd actually use real milk might make it worth it. Maybe.

I love this frother--it does a great job and is very quiet. Some of the red chipped off the outside, and the customer service was wonderful. They shipped me a new one right away so I didn't have the chip on the outside. Would definitely recommend.

Hopefully this will be the frother that lasts more than 3 months,, excellent froth,, I have owned many frothers and this produces by far the best of all. easy to clean,, and the red color is quite enhancing to my kitchen,

Not very good. I think this is better looking than functioning. No matter what always leaks from the top. You barely make frott for one cup. Looking for something better since I opened it and can't return. another piece for donation; to bad!
