I had purchased the Ninja Creami for the family for a Christmas gift - The have loved searching the recipes in this book - It has been really helpful for the kids. It has so many different ideas. Easy to follow for them. Not as much ingredients as you would imagine and so not as expensive as i had expected. Good value for money and definitely a good beginners item.

The handbook with the Ninja Creami tells you everything and more, so you don’t need this book which adds little. Good : factual information including nutritional values Less good : No pictures Dreary and cheap layout 170 recipes but only if you count one recipe and eg ten repeating variations substituting different flavours

This book has so many good ideas ,I've made a couple ,and omg they are so good,also you can you a scoop of slimfast as a way of helping it to thicken, and it also hads sweetness too,I only have a small serving to be honest,you can get lost with ideas,you can also adapt the recipe's. I would 100% recommend.
