CUTE SET OF FOOD COLORS!
CUTE LITTLE SET OF FOOD COLORS! I was surprised at the size of the box and the bottles. Did not think I had received 20, but there are! The bottles are small, but for the novice baker/decorator or for Easter eggs, this is perfect. Will not have dried out colors, which is a plus. It stores easily in my pantry and will be handy. I will buy more and recommend.

They work like a charm!
They were just what I needed to paint my white Chocolates. I love how many colors come with the kit. The price was perfect. Definitely can't wait to use again.

Small but perfect for my basic needs!
This food dye kit is perfect and has great colors to pick from. I am having a baby shower for my sweet baby boy.Two things to note; I used white chocolate, which is off white, not true white. The color looks slightly different mixed than the finally product. I used baby blue for these and two dashes of blue and the color turned out perfectly! These were a great value for the money. I used a decent amount and there's still a lot left (I made just over 50 pretzel sticks). The gel has great consistency, no issues mixing with the melted chocolate. No odors and doesn't give any weird/different taste.I do agree with others, these are small bottles so if you're just doing some minor home baking these will work however, if you're a baker you may need something bigger. I provided a pic for reference.

Color black didn’t work - turned into purple
Honestly, every other color I’ve tried so far is nice, but when I tried using the black it literally turned into purple. I kept trying to use more and more with hopes it would eventually turn black but no luck. The black oil food coloring let me down and I hope to find a better oil colored company that has a functional color black!

AMAZING OIL BASED DYES!
I have tried several different food coloring for chocolates, and even the oil based dyes would temper the chocolate. These did not even atempt to temper the chocolates. They also did not give the chocolate a weird taste. The only complaint i have is the bottles are small, but it took very little to get beautiful, vivid colors. I even mixed a couple colors and it mixed beautifully. Definitely worth the money!!!

Lots of colors, but very tiny bottles
Just got these in the mail today. Came faster than Amazon said it would, which was nice.I like that there are 20 different colors in the box. With them being so tiny they should work well for what I bought them for, making cross-stitched cookies. Since I will only be using small batches of royal icing these should last me quite a while. I can't wait until the weekend to try them out. Only giving 4 stars at the moment as I haven't had the chance to use them yet. Will adjust my rating after I use them. Edit: Big bang in little packages! These worked very well for the royal icing. One to two drops gave the icing a wonderful color. As for the buttercream, I had to use more and really had to mix it in hard. Pretty much the principle of oil and water not wanting to mix too much. But after beating it in with a mixer at high speed it blended well. I might try using it to color the sugar first next time and see if that changes it.Also forgot to state that it shipped to me quickly as well.

Unreliable coloring & Awful taste!
I bought these to color white chocolate for the sake of decorating. The 1st color I tried to use was black and it took a lot of the black food color just to get it dark enough. It looked more purple. Any color I used caused my chocolate to seize immediately and when I tasted some of the dyed chocolate that just had a small amount of food dye in it, it was HORRIBLE! I seen other reviews saying it didn't change the flavor. I honestly don't understand how. It was so bad, I started examining the box again to make sure this was food coloring and not paint or something. There is no way I can use this in food and serve it to people.

Color Isnt Always Accurate
Some of these colors were nice and bright. The black never turned black no matter how much I used and even with using the entire bottle it was only purple...not even gray. Just purple.
