After having these, I wouldn't ever try to smoke meat without them. They live up to their advertising. With the remote app supported by the boosting / charger base, they work flawlessly!

Bought as a birthday present (requested) for our eldest son. He is enjoying being able to check the temperatures without having to physically go outside every few minutes.

Works good but lost connection a few different times with the remote only a few feet away.

I love this for grilling and use it at least 5x a week. It's fantastic. Super accurate and works great on the grill. I love that it has an app but you don't need the app, you can just use the orange receiver.

My Traeger grill already comes with two wired probes. However, if I am smoking multiple items, this is very handy and reliable. Pitmaster pros are known to use this.Another plus of wireless is there is no issue of smoke& heat escaping because you don’t have cables running out of the grill.

Replaced a Yummly thermometer that stopped working. Doesn’t have the design elements or the cheeky app that recommends you recipes. Just works well and does what I need it to do.

For me this worked great! I used it to make pit beef where I was able to manage the grill temp as well as get notification and approx time when the internal temp is reached
