We use a pre and pro biotic for both of our daughters and it seems to keep them regular with regards to toilet visits. This stuff seems good. I mix a scoop with a heaped teaspoon full of natural yogurt and it mixes well and my girls say it tastes ok too. Win win!

I've been using it for my infant, and it's been great so far! My baby had been having some digestive discomfort, and after adding this to his daily routine, I noticed a significant improvement in his overall gut health. The powder is unflavored and mixes easily into his formula, which makes it so convenient.

My child occasionally has tummy issues in terms of a bit of bloating and difficulty going so to supplement their diet we tried this. Hard to know if it's just this product or the diet changes or both but toilet time seems to be a bit easier. Seems good quality in terms of how it comes and mixes well enough in bottles. No issues with taking it In terms of taste which was a worry as with anything when you change something bottle / food related but luckily no issues so far.

It does taste a little bit sweet but not enough to spoil the taste of what food/drink you put it in. Seems to work ok, have not had any ill effects from using it.

Easy to mix into sauce, yoghurt or pureed/mashed banana. The 1g is a spoon that is provided. Seems to be effective for healthy gut as baby is regular and less red faced when she goes. I tasted it, bitvsweet but couldn't taste in mixed food. Fairly high price but does do for a couple of months

As with many supplements, it's difficult to know if they are working, but this has an impressive ingredients list, baby takes it mixed in with no problem, so presumably the taste is good.One downside of this product is although it says it is designed for babies, but it is suitable for children and nursing mothers, there are no instructions telling you how much to use, as presumably it would be more than for a baby.As we only want it for baby it's not an issue for us.It's not cheap compared with some, but if it works it's worth it.
