Taste better than “regular” noodles
My 7 year old is type one diabetic and this is a great alternative for regular pasta for the occasional dinner

Tastes different from traditional pasta, but I love it
My favorite of the healthy alternatives to traditional pasta. Great as a hot dish and works well chilled in salads. Plenty of fiber , protein without the unwanted carbs

Noodles are chewy and grainy.
Since these are trending I feel obligated to leave a review. Im not sure if people are being paid to say these are good or if its just a preference thing but I found these to be awful. I tried to choke down a bowl of this with RAOs marinara but it literally made me more nauseous with each bite. The texture of the noodles is chewy and grainy. The are very watery and release more water as they sit and it will make your sauce watery. They do not take on any flavor and the sauce doesn't stick to the noodles. They dont get hot. I tried heating the noodles in the sauce and even taking a bite directly from the pot the noodles just did not heat up like regular pasta does. The odd texture is too off putting for me. It feels like chewing a noodle shaped flavorless cheese curd if that makes sense. Like a squeaky chewing experience 🤢 its so hard to explain. I sadly had to throw it out.

Pretty tasteless, but that's good
Doesn't taste bad so it can be used with any sauce. You must cook it with a teaspoon or two of salt or it will leak water into you sauce as you eat. It also has occasional bits of grit like there is sand in it. That's why I knocked it to a 4 star. Still plenty edible

protein + fiber + tastes great!
I've seen other customers say that the texture is chewy, but I happen to loooove the chewy texture! it's not weird or too much at all, more like 'Al Dente' cooked pasta, which is what I prefer. Also, you just cannot beat the protein (and fiber!!!!) content in this product! I honestly wish it were less expensive, because this product is a no-brainer for those on a high-protein diet. Still giving it 5 stars, I'll just have to save money elsewhere.

Texture too chewy
I had high hopes for this because I love edamame but I was disappointed with the texture. It was hard to chew and I cooked it according to the package

OK flavor but spendy per serving
The Good OK, unoffensive flavor, cooks nicely to al dente firmness, kind of chewy but acceptable texture. Would pair nicely with just about any sauce; it worked with basil pesto. The Bad 2 oz serving does not gain as much volume in boiling as one might hope. 9 net carbs per small serving. The Conclusion Not cost effective and too carb heavy for this reviewer. Would consider buying again at a MUCH lower price point to use on days off keto diet.

We really liked this pasta, it only takes 5 mins to cook. The texture was a bit like fresh egg pasta and we both love edamame beans so familiar flavour. Mixed with pesto and a pinch of salt…. very satisfying. Great for Keto when you’re missing pasta, every now and then just a tad pricy.

I have secondary diabetes from pancreatitis. After doing research these were supposed to be okay for most diabetics to eat. Unfortunately due to my usual situation i can't eat what most diabetics can. So this didn't work well for me. It rose my blood sugar quite a bit and the flavour was average
