THE BEST low carb, high protein pasta substitute I've ever tried! boil 5 minutes and add to pesto, sauteed diced onion and garlic. Throw in cherry tomatoes, shrimp and/or spinach. top with parmesan cheese. YUM!!! Super filling. I can never eat an entire serving.

I made a box for some chicken parmesan. The box of dry noodles doesn't look like much quantity, but it's comparable to a typical box of typical noodles. Many servings. They do have a tendency to clump together while boiling so you need to be persistent with stirring and separating, or the noodles in the middle of the nest will not cook thoroughly.Test them as you cook, and cook them a little longer than you'd do for a typical pasta. No al-dente here - undercooked here isn't hard like dried flour pasta but instead it's rubbery.As long as you don't hope it has the same mouthfeel of wheat or semolina or other pasta, you should still enjoy this, a lot. My daughter isn't picky with food but if she thinks it's one thing and doesn't taste right, she'll object. I've tried to sneak veggie and healthier options by her in the past and it's a no-go. This time I told her it wasn't plain pasta and let her try some, and she was open to it and liked it.It does have a SLIGHT flavor but nothing that taints the dish; it's a little chewier than regular pasta but not at all detrimental. I really enjoyed them and will order again.

OK flavor but spendy per serving
The GoodOK, unoffensive flavor, cooks nicely to al dente firmness, kind of chewy but acceptable texture. Would pair nicely with just about any sauce; it worked with basil pesto.The Bad2 oz serving does not gain as much volume in boiling as one might hope. 9 net carbs per small serving.The ConclusionNot cost effective and too carb heavy for this reviewer. Would consider buying again at a MUCH lower price point to use on days off keto diet.

Not for us
They cooked quickly. The taste wasn’t bad. The texture was terrible. It seemed kind of rubbery. I do not recommend.

Pasta is back on the menu in our house again!
The media could not be loaded. I'm always looking for ways to get more protein.. and my husband missed having pasta... until I found this...game changer for us. I'm a fitness trainer and nutrition coach so I pretty picky about what we eat. This is easy to make and really great tasting.. and 44 grams of protein per serving .. WOW!
