Robert Frank: The Americans: Trade Edition Hardcover – October 22, 2024

Great book!

Husband loved it.

I used to have a tiny, soft-bound version of this book, and enjoy looking at it very much. This edition is closer to a regular photo-book size, very well printed and with a hard-cover. I'm planning to take good care of it so that it will last a long time.

I've always like this book by Robert Frank and I've owned a copy since I was a photography student 50 years ago. I just bought this new copy with better printing but essentially the same. Still great!

Although the images are VG representations of the original, and next two printings, this iteration by comparison only, lacks a little bit! Still very enjoyable!!

After about 70 years, this book is still powerful and provocative. If photography interests you, then you probably have a copy. If you don't know it, you should. Nice edition. Black & White photos are clearly printed.

Le doy 2 estrellas porque realmente me daría pena darle una sola por ser Rober Frank y el contenido del libro. Mi problema es la calidad ridicula del libro , primera ver en mi vida que veo un libro de tapa dura entre comillas , que se dobla al medio y pierde la forma como si fuera de tapa blanda , como se le ocurre a Aperture una de las mejores editoriales hacer un libro como este en 50$ 😂😂. Primera vez en mi vida que hago una reseña en Amazon , pero es que esto da pena , lo pedí hace una semana y ahora voy a verlo y está todo doblado y pudiera hasta doblarlo al medio fácilmente y perdiera más la forma , o sea, si esto es un libro de tapa dura yo soy Brad Pitt 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂. Pura decepción no lo devuelvo porque el contenido del libro es una leyenda gracias a Robert Frank ✨
