Good spatula, very flexible, nice to have wooden handles, great for fish but also other food, works well in our as chiefs pan with higher sides, good value too. It’s even great to remove poached eggs. Only negatives are I wouldn’t use it with anything that has a nonstick surface nor wash in a dishwasher because of the wooden handles, but frankly that really minor.

I'm an enthusiastic amateur chef nowadays but I have some commercial kitchen experience.I like these spatulas. They're designed specifically for fish but could be used for almost anything - I know chefs who prefer these long bendy spatulas for burgers, eggs and almost everything else.These spatulas are very long and bendy, nice and thin and have quite a wide sharp edge at the business end. They have a slight turn up at the end, too. They make it easy to get under, flip and manoeuvre delicate foods like flaky fish, patties, fishcakes etc. The wide design and multiple slots give a lot of support to foods I'm lifting and flipping (the long thin slots add to its bendy qualities).2 in the pack (sometimes 2 are necessary, so this is very welcome), they're really nicely made, have good solid wooden handles and nice polished or chromed (I can't tell) blades. They feel solid, well made and like quality items. Good value at £11 for the two - you can't go wrong!

Awful, razor sharp edges on all the holes but they know this as I didn't have to return it. Yeah avoid unless you're mental and like cheap Chinese dangerous goods.
