Pony Jorgensen Adjustable Clamp Pony 1225 Rapid Acting Band Clamp

Used once so far and really like it. I works great and is well built.

I was told to buy a "Strap Clamp" to help me build an RC boat from a wood kit that I had. I had never heard of one, so I hit Amazon to find one. I found this one which seemed to fit the bill for what I needed. Shipping was fast, and the product seemed pretty nicely made. It was easy to use and had plenty of length on the band for it to work for what I would think are a ton of projects. I used it to hold the main hull together on the RC boat that I was building right away. Wow. What a difference this product made on the build!! This was the second kit I had built, and the first time I had to keep measuring for square with a triangle, and hope that every other part was actually square. With the strap clamp, I just put it together with some 30 minute epoxy on the ends, adjusted the clamp to hold things the way that they were supposed to, tightened it up so it was snug (but not really tight) and let the hull sit. It came out with PERFECT 90 degree square angles. I'm really glad I got this. It made the project much easier while also making it come out nicer. Highly recommended!!

I have other versions of this type of clamp that I use a lot for picture frames. This one is far better. All of them can be a bit tricky to use but it works very well and really squares up and holds the frame. Because the locking devices are spring loaded they work a lot better than ones you need to lock manually.

Works as expected. It's as easy as another of this style clamp to use. Glue easily comes off the rubber. The clamps to bind the webbing are strong and don't slip.

This clamp is exactly what I needed to glue together cabinet doors. It exceeded my expectations with how it properly aligned everything as it tightens and leaves you with a symmetrical clamp. My only complaint is I wish they would have better engineered the section that rolls up your extra strap when you’re done. It’s tedious to get it back in place. But nonetheless, a stellar clamp for sure.

Definitely worth the money especially if you make any type of picture frames and this picture frame is 32 by 25 and there's still plenty leftover. Definitely recommend this product!

These are pretty good band clamps and I’ve used them on a variety of projects. They are strong enough that I have been able to use them for several cabinet projects that were too long for my 48” cabinet clamps. My main problem with them is that on three of my clamps, the plastic has broken in the same place over the course of several months (see photos). I’ve emailed Jorgensen each time, and they’ve admirably replaced them each time at no cost to me. But the design should be more robust from the beginning. The plastic at these break points should be thicker or wider. The clamps should not break from average/not heavy use. Otherwise, they do the job.

I enjoy painting and making my own frames. I finally invested in clamps to help make the frames. I am glad I chose the clamps that I did. The corners stay put. However since it is plastic, I am careful to not over tighten. I think it would be very easy to over tighten and break. I am delighted how my frames turned out.

The Clamp works as intended, with the expected of the spool, which i find to be a bit finicky, as its only a small tube with a rubber band stuck through it. Otherwise its great

Estrutura parece bem resistente, é bem fácil de usar e o resultado da colagem é preciso. Os ajustes, tanto da fita, quanto do posicionamento das cantoneiras, permitem diversas aplicações. É bem mais prático do que os grampos individuais de 90º que eu utilizava antes.

Muy practico

Used these for clamping up Floating Frames and they were excellent and easy to use. The spring loaded tabs was an added bonus to keep tension on the strap. 2 thumbs up!!!

Delivery of the product was swift. I have yet to use it in application but the quality is great.
