Came within 1 week of ordering. Really surprised at how easy it was to put together - probably didn't take me but 5 minutes. EXCEPT that I didn't think it would hurt to put the back on before the sides, and realized I had to take it back off to get them on. I had already hooked up the 2 cables connecting from top to seat area and tried to just move the top off enough to put the sides on, then slip it back into place. It worked, except everything then worked on the chair except for the last massage motors. I unplugged and replugged the remote - no dice. But then I remembered the other two cables and sure enough the black one came undone (probably when I was moving the back out while setting up). plugged it back together and now it is perfect.A few 'cons' - as has been mentioned elsewhere, it sits up a little straighter than my last recliner in the 'natural' position. A little odd feeling, but already getting used to it. May even have some benefit over time. Also, while the swivel is nice, it would also be nice to be able to 'lock it in when you don't want to be swiveling around accidentally. not much of a problem, but a few times I have found myself turning when I didn't plan and had to get back. Seems like a simple lever coming from the base could fix this. But definitely not a big enough problem that I would worry about it. Third (another personal preference maybe) - this may be my biggest beef so far - it doesn't so much seem to 'rock' as it does 'glide" back and forth. It may just be another thing to adjust to and I may prefer it over time even - we'll see. But it definitely doesn't feel like the recliner it replaced.I worried a little about the leather here in Florida, and if it was as padded as my other recliner. I sat in both after I got it set up - I prefer this one in terms of comfort alone. And the pseudo leather is very soft. A little worried about tearing and the stitching, but we'll see. At this price i'll take my chances.My parents have a big comfy recliner with the same style of massage and heat, which made me want to try this. They paid a lot more than I did, but it is a larger chair as well. Well, I would say that the massage and heat work every bit as well.I've never purchased furniture online and was very leary about doing so. I went with Amazon as I've had great experiences in the few times I've needed to return something. I am very glad I went with this. i'll try to remember to update this in a few months and see how it holds up. But so far in Day 2 I am very pleased. If I had room for it I would buy another. Oh yeah, I did pay the few bucks more for the cream color - and glad I did. The other ones probably look good too, but this is beautiful (and does look like it'll clean easily).

I give 4-5 stars for this product. For the price, it is a very well built recliner. Easy to assemble in 15 mins. The massage is obvious helping my back's blood circulation with the heat. I was a bit skeptical about the negative review of "only vibration, no massage" from one person. But in my opinion, with many months of chiropractic and medical massage service received for my back pain (due to auto accident), my back feels hot and itch every time I use the heated massage, meaning my blood circulation was very much better. Yes, so I give five starts on the overall rating. One weakness of this chair is that due to massage bumps installed underneath the cushion, I can feel the two big bumps underneath my thighs. Back and hip area are fine with more cushions. But, thigh area have two big bumps for massage with thinner cushion. So, it is a bit uncomfortable to sit without reclining position as I feel the bumps underneath my thighs whenever I sit on it. Also, massaging is a bit loud. When you watch a quiet drama on TV, this may interrupt your concentration especially on the headrest area. It is a bit loud (not louder than other massage chairs though) for a quiet time. So, I do massage in the living room not to interrupt other family members' sleep. The ivory color looks so clean and beautiful. Very spacious. My two little kids (8 and 4 years) can sit together to watch a movie. With reclining position, this is the best recliner ever. I don't feel the bumps underneath my thighs. It is just well build as a recliner. I can't wait for this winter in upstate NY with heated massage every evening after work. Also about customer service, my first order had a defect on the right arm. Very soon, the email reply and exchange was made. Very effective and the delivery was right in front of my door in a few days only. The customer representative was very responsible taking care of this exchange request promptly. I give 5 stars on easy to assemble and sturdiness after using this recliner for a few weeks so far. I give four stars on comfort just because of the two big massage bumps in thigh area. Other that that, the price, the quality, the comfort are highly satisfactory. Thanks to the company. I have no regret on the purchase. And if I happen to move to a new house in a few years, I may purchase more of these again! Ivory color again!
