Q: What are the dimensions of the board? (LxWxH)

6.5x3 inches. The SD card sticks out just a tad adding about a millimeter or two.

Q: Does this include a usb reader for the micro SD card?

The one I received didnt include a micro SD card reader, and it wasnt needed. The micro SD card that comes with it already has been flashed to include the NOOBs loading program, that allows you to install a couple different OS options.

Q: What else do I need to make this work? I have a raspberry pi touch screen.

Hi Gin- this is a fine little Pi kit. I have it used multiple times but none with a PI touch screen. It should ha ha. I would say research that at ADAFruit, Lady Ada normally has answers and parts as needed. -kerry
