I am so thankful this company does a sample pack. This has been helpful with hormonal irritability I have been experiencing. As of this review, I have ordered the full size. I have taken this in between meals or 30 min. before.

I always struggle to quantify the effects of supplements, as it's so subjective. I can say without hesitation that I feel good about where and how these are made, and what they're made of. The flavor and texture was good, and I would likely buy these again.

Work as intended and they have a nice flavor too.

I wanted to like these - they tasted great but upset my stomach every single time I ate them. Not exactly sure why but my digestive sister doesn’t agree with some ingredients in there. I was too distracted by my stomach to notice how it was supposed to make me feel.

Firstly, I am so glad with what was left out of this product; Sugar, Food Dyes, High Fructose Corn Syrup, and Gelatin (making them Vegan too). Secondly, they taste great despite no sugar, a delicious peach flavor and I love the calming effects from the Ashwagandha and L- Theanine. I'm new to Reishi mushrooms but I couldn't tell they were in it by taste, there wasn't any earthiness in these gummies. The mushrooms blended in well and I assume they helped in the calming sensation.

These taste delicious, very peach-flavored, and the texture is exactly what a gummy should be. I love these because they have no SUGAR! You’d be surprised how much sugar other companies sneak into gummy supplements, and it can really add up. Love the ingredients. It doesn’t say what ages can take these, but it does say to keep out of reach of children, so I told my kids they couldn’t Have any. I take two about an hour before bed just to chill out.There are only five servings in a bag.

I bought this product because I wanted a natural calming supplement for stress. It worked well. The taste was good. I would definitely buy this product again.
