This is great if you don't have the time or resources to put together an elaborate costume. I actually bought this for my husband to wear to a Halloween costume party. He does not like anything too confining or uncomfortable. It was a big hit and essentially effortless.

Super light and cute. Love that you can fluff the legs for a more fluffy spider. Noticed the body is quite flat till you put something in there like a sock and then it give the spider like abdomen.

I got this Halloween Spider Costume for actually use as a decoration and scare a friend of mine and it worked! Not that anyone would really think that a spider this big exists anywhere outside of the movies, but someone who really hates and is scared of spiders don't like to even look at something like this. It worked and scared/creeped my friend out and now all I have to do is pull this out whenever I need a good laugh.Material is decent quality; legs are flexible and makes a great costume or decorations. A solid 4 stars and I recommend.

I’m a teacher and needed a quick costume and this fit the bill. I was able to wear it all day without the legs bothering me.

It’s ok. Listing says for children or adults. As an adult man, it’s way too small for me, just looks like a spider on my back at most, arms don’t reach around to front. For a child it would be better. Spider’s body is flat with a tiny compartment for maybe 3 pieces of snack size candy. The legs are bendable metal with thin furry legs, the fur comes off. The elastic shoulder straps are flimsy and don’t stay on straight.Overall better as a decoration than a costume. But even then not great since the legs aren’t stable enough for it to stand.

Nice size spider. I actually took the straps off of it and used it as prop outside for my Halloween decoration.

The spider looks like the images, you have to finangle it into shape and the legs get tangled together when not stored correctly. It fits both child and adult. If not being used as costume this can easily be added to your decorations for a Halloween party. We used it for both at different times.

It definitely is NOT a carrier backpack of any sort.
