Lowwers Temps and easy to install
Easy to use just trim to size and lay on top of the CPU. The pad is actually a super thin foil. Which was a challenge to position as it was so thin and light, but I used a toothpick and breathed through a snorkel and it went on perfect. The temps dropped by 4C from my previous Arctic Silver thermal paste after a couple of days "Burn In" time.The foil square is quite long and wide so should be compatible with large CPU die heatspreaders (TR4) aswell as AM4 sockets. I had enough left over after trimming for my 3700x to use on my Laptop aswell so 2 applications from a single piece.

Make sure you follow the instructions (took me 2 pads to get it right). By far the best thermal solution for your copper block. I use with a 2600k i7 at 4.7ghz and temps under full load dropped 6c. Which is massive. 12 hour prime stress doesn't exceed 64c.
