Exactly what it says on the tin
This was a gift for someone and they love it. Its so easy to set up and start to use and it makes a great cup of coffee. Its even been used for adding coffee flavour to baking. Temperature isnt too hot and its fairly quiet considering that its grinding beans and making a coffee quicky.

great machine at an exceptional price in this case.
So many different types of coffee available at the touch of a button. Enhanced flavour in the bean prep also add to the flavour of the drink. A great success but buyers beware of the need to lift the rear lid to fill the tank. Slight alteration to my kitchen shelf to alleviate this minor problem but well worth it.Very pleased.UNFORTUNATELY HAD TO RETURN IT AFTER 2 DAYS WHEN IT STOPPED WORKING. REFUND AUTHORISED BY SELLER. VERY DISSAPOINTED.

Wow - what a disappointment
As promised, here's the update. Had the machine for less than 48 hours and it's developed a fault. The coffee grounds indicator came on, I followed the manual, cleaned and washed everything and left it to dry and the warning light won't clear. Sending back and I have ordered a similar machine from a different brand.I've only had this machine for 24 hours so if anything changes I'll update my review but so far I am LOVING my new bean to cup coffee machine. It's so simple to use, the touch screen is bold, bright and easy to follow. For the past 10 years I have used a basic espresso machine, using pre-ground coffee however it was developing a fault so I decided to upgrade - if I buy a coffee for £3 a day, 5 days a week then I've paid off this machine in 20 weeks by drinking/making good coffee at home instead - when looking at it that way I think it's good value for money. When I switch the machine on it does a quick rinse and then I run hot water into my espresso cup to heat it up - espresso flavour develops best in a warm cup. The cup warmer feature is useful if the machine is left on for a while but not if you're like me and making a coffee, bleary eyed at stupid o'clock in the morning!I have turned the grinder down to the finest grind and my espresso is DELICIOUS!!The manual recommends that you make the espresso first and then use the steam wand to heat milk, otherwise the machine can burn the espresso. My only slight gripe is that when I'm heating my milk the steam switches itself off before the milk has reached the minimum temperature on the thermometer - I suspect I just need to practice a bit though to get it done in time.I have used a bean to cup machine before and the neighbours 3 streets over knew whenever it was being used - this one isn't silent but it's not excessively loud.If you decide to take the additional manufacturor warranty apparently the serial number is UNDERNEATH the machine (😖) so take a note of it before setting it all up.

easy to use
easy to use and everything to set up, coffee is good but always depends of your coffee beans, i like it if finish coffee beans can use grounded coffee, coffee hotness enough to drink coffee straight away, very easy everything to clean, for cleaning was add small brush whats is good for cleaning the inside milk jug, but for milk jug tube didn't was any brush add that's was make hard cleaning but later i buy small brush tiny one for the tube and its okay, but would be happy if will be in the set inside when you are buying , for me just one minus of this coffee machine can use just small cups 250ml for me its small. I already using 4months this coffee machine and i am happy with that like my first one is perfect

Brilliant
This machine is perfect; it produces coffee that easily matches coffee served in coffee shops…you just need to practice your “latte art” with the milk (but there are plenty of YouTube videos to help you 😀).It’s so much cleaner to use than a regular espresso machine with a portafilter. I must admit that I was a bit nervous about buying it in case it didn’t deliver quality coffee like a portafilter machine but I needn’t have worried. It grinds the beans, compresses the coffee and brews perfectly. The volume of all the preset coffee types is adjustable to suit your tastes and any changes you make are “remembered” for future brews. We started with ground coffee (which has to be measured in for each brew) but quickly realised that using beans is the way to go; just fill the bean storage bin and coffee is available any time you want it at the press of a button!Cleaning couldn’t be easier (unlike a portafilter machine). The machine just tells you when the used coffee bin should be emptied…simply open the front door, remove the bin, empty and wash it and put it back. The machine cleans both the coffee nozzle and the steam wand as you turn it on (and again as you turn it off). Finally, with a little practice you can steam milk to get the right consistency with small bubbles to produce your own latte art.Would recommend this machine to anyone.

Ground coffee problem
It’s not working. Can someone do video or step by step how to do ground coffee…. When we press ground coffee button the coffee ends up in bottom canister as dry as a bone and red light comes on?
