35th Anniversary Special Edition Reproduction of Original 1959 Barbie Doll & Package (1993) - Blonde Hair

Beautiful reproduction Barbie that looks like my first one, which was passed down to 4 younger sisters and loved to death. This is my beautiful reminder of my all time favorite Christmas gift from 1960. I love this doll and display her proudly. Good price too!

This is not the first doll i get from this vendors (we-r-toys) and I really like the way the wrap the dolls with the plastic cover and the shipping box. arrived from the US to Costa Rica in perfect condictions. The Dolls is as advertirse on their page. Thank You so much .

Pros: Nice value 35th Anniversary Special Edition Reproduction 1959 Matel Logo underneath her head Cool fabrics Comes with acrylic stand Well made Sunglasses Painted Nails and toenails details Cons: This one came with some scratch on the left leg Shoes could get damaged as you completely putted on. Bad and weak plastic It has some glue on her chest (Removable though) Overall it is a nice Barbie for collectors but you should be very careful when unboxing.

Keeping her in the box, and putting her and a couple of other Barbie’s (also in their boxes) on a display shelf in my bedroom. 😊

I love my BEAUTIFUL Barbie. However when she arrived the eleastic band around her Ponytail Hairstyle had perished and there was some residual flakey matter on her hair and were the straps for her swimsuite were. It was easy to get off with a little detergent and a light scourer. I brushed her ponytail with a toothbrush and all the matter came away and i replaced the elastic band with a small one i had. So she is now perfect and lovely. I have her in my living room where i can see Her and SHE makes me smile so much. As a little girl i always wanted a Barbie but my family was poor and with 3 girls we couldnt buy any...so 55 years later i finally have my Barbie, and ive ordered the Blonde model of the same 1959 era...and some clothes...
