Really comfy, but can get hot
This is really good for flights and I've used mine on many. It flattens to pack up and then pops back up once out of the cover, so easy to do both on flight. I've also used it as a pillow just folded up.My original one from Amazon was taken by my husband, who also thought it was good, but as soon as his earbuds touched it they would switch off so he no longer uses his.The fabric is soft and you can adjust the poppers on the front to suit the fit; just cut the label off before you use as that's scratchy.However, as it's foam inside it can get a bit warm around your neck, although I expect all others will too.

Comfortable
Really comfortable and fits nicely back in the bag. Used it on aircraft and on my sunbed! Only gave 4 stars as it was a bit big for my neck.

Very comfortable
Spent some time deciding which type of neck support cushion to buy before a long haul flight. Glad I went for this one. It's way better than the cheap inflatable ones. I wore it relatively tight and it provided good head support without feeling like it was restrictive around my neck. The finish has a nice feel and it didn't make me too hot. It's a little bulky but it does pack up quite well and fitted in my hand luggage without any problems.

Super comfy travel pillow
Really quick delivery. Super comfy travel pillow. Comes in a great bag which makes it easy to carry. Memory foam that fits snug round your neck.

Great customer service with a problem, made good, and a nice pillow as well.
Amazon shipped me one that had been returned. Sadly, including a couple of stray hairs and some staining of some kind. Default response might have been to send it back to Amazon, but in the packaging it comes in, it does ask to contact manufacturer first, so I did! Profuse apologies from the manufacturer, and a new replacement arrived next day. I can’t fault the customer service here - very slick indeed!The pillow itself looks good too. It’s only had a trial fit so far, not been used in anger, but it feels like it’s good quality and will work well when I need it in a month or so.

Reasonably priced, but better on the market for comfort
The travel pillow is reasonably priced and very easy to travel with. However, it's not the most comfortable option out there. While it serves its purpose for short trips, it might not provide enough support for longer journeys

Bought for our Grandson & he loves it. Says its very comfortable ( not too bulky with good neck support. )Not the cheapest by any means, bt there was a small discount included.
