This comes after 3 months of use. Height 178.5, width 79.5, depth with doors 68.8, without doors 61.2 (all in cm without outer packaging). Pros: Classy look with plenty of space inside and with 3 different zones you can easily customise what goes where and control the temperature of each zone. Build quality and finish is of great quality. Water dispenser is okay for summers. -Operates quietly and cooling is quick-ish. I haven't noticed the fridge/freezers getting warmer on constantly opening. -Can be easily moved back and forth for cleaning or fitting purposes. -Three temperature zones are easy to setup. - Height was perfect for the space in my house, definitely not as tall as some other models out there. - plenty of little drawers! Also comes with an ice-cube tray. Cons: a bit too large to fit through all doorways but the fridge doors can be taken off in worst case scenarios. (I only had to remove the outer packaging to get it into the house) -No temperature display outside. -No drain for water dispenser. -Wi-Fi (RTM) connectivity requires manufacturer's app.

We had a American style fridge freezer and few years ago but when we moved to our present home it was just too big to fit in the kitchen so our daughter claimed it. While I was looking on amazon at this new American style fridge freezer I thought I'm sure that would fit so out came the tape measure and I was very happy to find it would fit. I'm very impressed with this one for its size it has ample room in both the fridge & freezer. It looks stylish and with the 4 doors it means you can open just the fridge or the freezer and not both compartments at the same time. The freezer has 6 large draws which is ample for what we need to store frozen items and the fridge is also very spacious with 2 draws for delicate produce plus 3 shelves. For the price I think it is value for money and would recommend this item.

I purchase this particular model, due to the sizing. I new it would fit through my back kitchen door once unboxed. The delivery guys refused to unbox it and wanted to just leave it outside my backdoor. it looked as if they just wanted to load it back onboard and return it, I was horrified. I started to unbox it myself taking full responsibility on my own. I had to basically get angry with the two delivery men to get this appliance lifted into and through the backdoor. They began to refuse to help me. Make sure you have hi-lighted the installation unboxing and removal of the old appliances and packaging, which is free anyway on this purchase. Or you'll experience a right pair of jobsworths delivery idiots as I did, with this pair of delivery men. As for The fridge freezer, this is an amazing build quality, flawless finishings, an ideal larder sized food cabinets. Very impressive stainless steel brushed finished effect front French door openings, the rest of the body is finished in a lovely grey orange peel effect rubberised satin tough painted coating. As for the Wi-Fi capabilities, I did struggle at first but got confused with the bar code and the QR code inside the fridge, A suggestion, concentrate on using the barcode to connect to the WIFi not the QR code. As a stand alone fridge freezer absolutely perfect. For the price at the time of purchase there has been a price increase of £149. To be honest I was lucky but such a well made American style fridge freezer designed to fit through smaller entrances and those with a small Kitching spaces you might just find that this item might be just the kitty as an upgrade to those existing appliance. All so for those that worry about these larger fridge freezers going though a door way as long as its a direct lift into the kitchen those fridge doors can easily be removed and refitted again if its necessary. just pay the extra to get it installed and the old one taken away. This was an emergency replacement to a very old fridge freezer that started to leak water and defrost daily. I am very Happy with this product and its easy to control the compartments temperature's individually via the ConnectLife App. only purchased on 29 installed on the 30th hopefully ill get a lifetimes use out of this peace of kit. I had my older fridge at least 20 years and this was a second hand hand me down. I'm looking forward to living with my new Hisense RQ5P470SMIE WIFI Connected American Fridge

Amazing fridge freezer, no handles perfect,means no fingerprints, water dispenser a luxury, and the storage is amazing, well designed and plenty of room for everything, the freezer compartments are great, perfect separate drawers for organizing your frozen foods. Overall 10/10 highly recommend.

I bought this Hisense fridge freezer in August 2022. After about 3.5 years, both the fridge and freezer stopped cooling completely. I contacted Hisense and was asked to pay £170 in advance for a repair (labour and materials). An engineer came but stayed for around 9 minutes, only plugged in the appliance and took photos. No repair was done. After the visit, I was told that Hisense does not repair compressor or gas-related faults, and that only a partial refund would be issued, with £90 kept as a “checking fee”. This charge was not explained before payment, and I was not given a choice to decline the inspection. The appliance failure itself is disappointing for the price, but the lack of transparency about repair limitations and charges was even more frustrating. I would recommend potential buyers consider durability and after-sales service carefully before purchasing.

Great fridge freezer, for it's size it's not intrusive looking. And has excellent storage space. The app functions are decent, allowing you to control the temp of the fridge and also the freezer. Freezer works well also as one side has a quick freeze function. Would definitely recommend.

El único pero, que no resta porque ya lo sabía, es que Amazon no tenía disponible servicio de instalación y recogida, así que tuve que hacerlo yo. Desmontar las puertas para que entrara en la cocina no ha sido difícil. Una vez instalado, luce muy bien y funciona perfectamente. Buscaba un modelo como éste porque tiene un compartimento que puedes seleccionar como congelador o nevera. Al tener arcón, así lo aprovechamos mejor. También tiene selección de modos y temperaturas por zonas y pared metálica, que va muy bien para mantener temperatura en verano. La distribución interior es suficiente, con puertas amplias y grandes cajones. Lo que tienes que tener en cuenta es que tienes que tener amplitud por los lados, ya que las puertas necestian ángulo de abertura para poder deslizar los cajones del todo. Habrá que ver cómo envejece. Primera experiencia con esta marca (china) y veremos cómo se comporta respecto servicio técnico y recambios. Venimos de una Smeg y quedamos decepcionados por el servicio post-venta, pero aquí ha jugado el precio a favor. En resumen, por el momento muy contentos.

Arrivato integro senza ammaccature, molto comodo il dispenser di acqua e soprattutto tiene una temperatura stabile a differenza dei classici frigoriferi, che fa mantenere i cibi più a lungo. Esteticamente molto bello e spazioso. Consiglio a tutti

Es un frigorífico muy espacioso. Las guías de los cajones son metálicas. Muy fácil de configurar. Lo que menos me ha gustado es que no tengan en cuenta a la hora de la entrega que no cabe por la puerta de casa, tendrían que venir las puertas desmontadas.

A mí ha durado 3 meses, irreparable, por parte de Hisense ok, por parte de Amazon fatal te lian para realizar una devolución por garantía llevo casi un mes para devolverlo y no me dan el importe hasta que no lo recojan y como no lo recojan... Ya llevo dos incidencias de devolución y no pasa nadie
