I have purchased this trim several times. It is very pretty,elegant and stunning. BUT! Each order has come with rolls loose,twisted or otherwise not rolled. (Almost always the narrowest roll,once the middle size) I generally get several per order and it is consistent. All have had the unrolled,smashed up one. It has to be trashed it is not usable. Because it is so pretty,adheres well and I can use in so many of my craftings I continue to purchase but I think they owe me at least a roll. It has always been the narrowest of the three rolls that is messed up (with one exception) . Have to admit,I am more than a little curious WHY?????
