Cupcake toppers NOT assembled
I only ordered this bundle for the cupcake toppers, and they came as some printed cardboard and some loose toothpicks, but the Shimmer & Shine cutouts were NOT attached to the toothpicks at all. I guess I am supposed to glue or tape them on? I was going to throw them in my suitcase for a party in a different state. Glad I checked before packing them since I now have to assemble them myself.

Gasoline balloons
Balloons had a gasoline smell to them. Against my better judgement I blew them up and got so dizzy shortly afterwards. Cupcake toppers cute balloons are a health hazard
