Kat House
My cat would not stay in this until I made a couple tweaks to the inside . I added a board across the two shelves that were to small for her to sit on and now she can sit and lay Down on her fuzzy blanket and look out. I also added a cabinet lock magnet tonthe door to secure it better. She loves it in there.

Very Sturdy and Spacious BUT wood splits at support corners
The media could not be loaded. Got this for our outdoor rescue. It was really easy to put together taking me about 45 minutes. The instructions were clear. The cat house is solid, the roof is well put together, and our outdoor cat is already exploring it.BUT: the corner supports all split when I screwed the foot adjusters to them. The screws aren’t even tightened much, but still managed to get everything put together. I’d recommend the manufacturer changes these triangle pieces to plastic or metal or make the foot supports a single piece.

It's so cute...
Some of the ferals like it and they kinda take turns sleeping in it. It's super cute. We put throw rugs in there and it works fine.

Cat Cottage
Very cute cat house! Lots of parts but I didn't need a drill...just multi-head screwdriver. Good instructions that you need to follow in order or things might not fit as designed.

Not worth it!
Really not three floors. Only one floor area for cats that could lay down. The supposedly middle floor and top floor are only a few inches wide making it impossible for cat to really lay down on. The doors in the middle floor do not touch leaving a 1 inch gap between them which is not really weather resistant. Very disappointed in this. Sorry I purchased it… And recommend you do not buy this one.
