Highly recommend this product, has helped me more than I could ever imagine

Misleading, it reads as though you get 60 x 1200mg tablets. You don’t. To get 1200mg (bear in mind the best dose is between 2 and 4000mg) you would need 3 tablets. I bought these with the intention of taking two a day for 2400mg based on the description. But to get this amount I would need to take six tablets and the bottle would last ten days

Just been feeling generally more energetic when taking this. Hard to explain but your base line energy is just higher. Highly recommend.

I've been testing the Optimum Ageing Premium Supplement, which contains 450mg Taurine and 20mg PQQ, for a short period. The capsules come in a 60-count bottle, providing a one to two-month supply depending on whether one takes the recommended one or two capsules daily. They are easy to swallow. During my brief trial period, I haven't noticed any definite improvements in my wellbeing, cognitive function, energy levels, or stress reduction - all benefits claimed by the manufacturer. The supplement promotes itself as supporting cellular health and overall wellbeing, but I cannot personally confirm these effects based on my limited experience. Given the lack of noticeable benefits thus far, I would only consider continuing with this supplement if specifically recommended by my nutritionist. For now, I remain neutral on its effectiveness.
