I just started taking these, so I'm not sure if they work for hot flashes/night sweats yet. I will update after a month of use

I started using these a several months ago to see if it could balance out my mood swings and low energy levels. They worked SO well. If I miss them for a few days in a row, I know it. I am so much more anxious without them. I’m only 43 so I don’t really have hot flashes yet, so I can’t vouch for that aspect. My energy levels improved quite a bit when I first started taking them, but now that I’ve been on them for a while I don’t feel the increased energy anymore. There is no real scent or flavor, slightly tastes like cardboard but nothing gaggy like other supplements.

The medication has helped with the symptoms without seeing a doctor. The original reviews lead me to try this product.

Took for a couple months, night sweats seemed better for a day or 2, but have since returned as they were before, waking up with a soaked shirt in the middle of the night. Otherwise didn't notice any difference. Definitely doesn't help regulate my cycles, either. Will be trying a different product.

I'm on my second bottle when I noticed my hot flashes were lessened, I sleep better than a month ago. I also feel energized the entire day after taking these in the morning with my coffee. Price is reasonable and will continue to take these for the next couple of months more to see if it will totally help with the hot flashes since summer is 3months away in my location.
